Add to this Ken’s history of starting several successful companies, and it is obvious the level of expertise and leadership he brings to the position. John Weaver, President John is a third generation home builder with fifteen years of experience in the construction industry. From large-scale commercial builds to personalized custom homes, John has built a reputation of excellence. Andrea Martin, Vice President Andrea has over 10 years of accounting experience. Like her brother, John, Andrea grew up within the homebuilding industry, going to jobsites with Ken, spending a summer on the paint crew, landscaping, and working in a sales office doing data entry and other administrative work.
