Second generation builder, Josh Doyle has been around home building his entire life. Growing up on jobsites and learning from his father who is a veteran in the industry, Josh learned to design & build homes at a very young age. After graduating from Ohio State University in Finance and working for his father’s company out of Lima, Ohio throughout his childhood and college, Josh decided to learn the corporate world by joining Owens Corning’s Financial Leadership Program. This program taught him many aspects of running a successful business including creating customer inspired solutions while keeping a focus on cost accounting controls and fiscal responsibility within an organization. After 3 years at Owens Corning he left to get back to his roots of designing and home building in Toledo, Ohio. After his first year in business, he had already been recognized by the national Home Builder Magazine as a “Home Builder 2.0?, one of the nation’s up and coming innovative builders.
